Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

To start a return, please contact us at estisboutique25@gmail.com We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at estisboutique25@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
